1. About Tommy2Sheds
Tommy2Sheds provides subscribed contractors access to customer gardening and related service enquiries.
2. Membership Access
Tommy2Sheds offers subscription-based access to customer leads.
Access levels may differ between membership types.
Membership access may be modified or withdrawn.
3. Subscription Pricing
Current Pro subscription pricing is:
£25 per month recurring
Pricing may change in future.
4. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
By subscribing, you authorise recurring billing.
5. Cancellation
Users may cancel future renewals.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not create entitlement to refunds for already-paid subscription periods.
6. Refunds
No refunds are provided once access to membership services has been granted.
This includes:
- subscription access
- lead access
- alerts
- account privileges
7. No Guarantee of Leads
We do not guarantee:
- any minimum number of leads
- any lead frequency
- any geographic volume
- any work won
- any conversion rates
- lead exclusivity unless explicitly stated
8. Lead Accuracy
We do not guarantee:
- customer responsiveness
- accuracy of enquiry information
- customer seriousness
- job authenticity beyond reasonable checks
9. Customer Data
Customer information is provided solely for legitimate business quotation purposes.
Users must not:
- resell data
- share data externally
- harvest data
- spam customers
- misuse contact details
10. Conduct Rules
Users must behave professionally.
Prohibited behaviour includes:
- harassment
- abusive conduct
- spam
- fraudulent quoting
- deceptive practices
- misuse of platform tools
11. Suspension / Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts without refund where misuse occurs.
12. Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Services may be modified, paused or withdrawn.
13. Liability
Tommy2Sheds is not liable for:
- lost work
- missed opportunities
- customer disputes
- customer behaviour
- technical outages
- data transmission delays
